Bad Delivery Method

Its been a week and no delivery, there seems to be no open communication between Digital Planet and their courier service as I had to call Digital Planet then i was told that they themselves can only send emails to the courier and not call no matter the urgency so I had to call the courier myself and was told by the courier that none of the said emails had been sent. Now i have to wait another week for a device I ordered a week ago.
