Axxess LTE-A Modem Delivery

Good day

As of November 21st, I placed an order with Axxess to recieve a Huawei LTE-A Modem as part of a then current data promo and contract.

It was also mentioned it may take up to 10 days as there is low-stock. Eventually on Tuesday the 5th of November (Almost 2 weeks later) I recieve an SMS stating the ‘latest’ I would recieve this modem would be by close of business Wednesday. No show.

I’ve lost count the amount of times I have attempted to get through to Axxess delivery department through the Digital Planet phone line. Consitently hung up on after 5 or so minutes of waiting, even the call centre operator admits all lines to that department normally get ‘dropped’.

I then contacted Axxess who say they can neither get through to, or hold of Digital Planet and last they recieved tracking information that it left Johannesburg to Cape Town. They recommend contacting Digital Planet...

I write this on a Saturday, now in complete shock of the service of Digital Planet. The complete abscene or inability to even speak to some able to help me, my query emails even get bounced.
