Atrocious service - no delivery - no customer support

I tried to post this on their website but the system wont allow you to post comments - fails the captcha - suspect they know its a negative comment.

Atrocious service

I cannot get a product delivered out of your company, from blaming the courier company, to phone back later when we know more, you work your own way and do not listen to the customer.

My wife is a teacher and cannot take your calls when it suits you to call her as she teaches at a school. We have had three failed deliveries, she can do no more than make the school reception aware of an anytime arrival of your company. We have had three failed deliveries - I have asked the vendor Afrihost (not listed anywhere on your website) if i can collect the product or get it from an alternative supplier. Order number AFRH 18774 - not that you care anyway.

I will do my best to spread the word NEVER to use your company
