Appalling service, no tracking and delivery keeps getting pushed out!

Order placed 25th November 2022, confirmed 28th November 2022. Delivery set for 05 December 2022, been calling everyday only to get told tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. I even have email communication from them stating the order will be delivered by 08 December 2022 and tracking will be provided, it is 15:42 on the 08 December and NO DELIVERY, after me calling digital planet they now saying okay tomorrow ?? Pathetic service partner of Vodacom & not the first time I am experiencing issues with digital planet either!
