Appalling service

<p>My advice would be to never order a device or sim from FNB if this company is supposed to deliver it to you. When they couldn't keep to the first agreed time they promised to deliver before 11am today which they did not do and then promised before 3pm which they also did not do. The driver only answers his phone when he feels like it so it is impossible for the call centre to make arrangements with him. I am sick and tired of struggling with this *********** company.</p>
