Another day wasted

How can you do any business with these people the phone rings for five minutes no answer again another five minutes cut off emails bounce back, they make appointments they don't keep they have no respect to business people's time, waited last Friday (09/02) nothing they made an appointment today (15/02) guess what still waiting. It is unthinkable that the banks can use these assholes and why don't they rather close shop because they have no clue about service delivery. Spoke to somebody this morning and brought under the person's attention and was told she will escalate the matter I don't think you can escalate anything as there is no management.
