Absolutely shocking lack of service

Based on existing reviews of this company on Hellopeter it will clearly make no difference but let me add my contribution to the existing plethora of complaints. I tried six times this morning to contact the call centre. On each occasion I was put on hold and after exactly 5 minutes the line was cut-off. I then phoned the company switchboard and requested that I be put through to the call centre manager but was told he/she was only available on the call centre number which one cannot get through to. I also tried sending them an email though their website but received a reply that my requested couldn't be processed as I "did not meet the requirements to submit a ticket". But as I said above, given there are already 197 other complaints about this company on Hellopeter they clear don't give a damn. Ho hum...
