absolutely pathetic service

I have ordered 2 devices from Fnb - iwas over the moon to receive a sms this morning for early delivery of my devices. I phoned the contact centre at 9am to confirm delivery and they guaranteed delivery before 3pm. When nothing was delivered by 1 I phoned in again - and the consultant again guarantees delivery by 3. 2pm still nothing and I phone once again - im told to be patient. Ten to 3 I phone again and im told they stuck in traffic. Ten to 4 Im told it doesn't matter what time - delivery will be today. Eventually at half past 4 im told they attempted to deliver the devices but there was no one at the office. Well done. We're opem 24/7 there is NEVER no one at the office! A whole day wasted. Such pathetic customer-service!!! Not even a phone call to the delivery guys - no one offers to follow up or phone me back. I have to continuously phone. Eventually with my last call im guaranteed delivery tomorrow 16 April. Guess judging by the other complaints on here - I wont be holding my breath.
