ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE
Absolutely pathetic service! Honestly I have no idea why FNB would even partner with them for deliveries. They give you false hope in when your package would be delivered and each day they send you a message saying it will be delivered between 9 and 5. The drivers then go on to update and say they tried to call you and this is why they didn't deliver when in actual fact they never try to call you at all.
