ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Useless company. Their CEO should be ashamed, he prides himself in creating a company that leads in customer service, yet there is none. They cannot keep to a single commitment they make and make empty promises. The communication is by far the worst I have ever dealt with in my life! The South African Post office has better service.

I cannot belive that large companies like #FNB #Vodacom #Afrihost use a supplier with such bad levels of service, and the reputation that goes with it.

Look on Facebook at the bad comments. And all they can do is say "someone will be in touch" or "Good Day Thank you for bringing this to our attention and humbly accept our apologies for the experience. Kindly provide us with your order details via our inbox and we will investigate and get back to you."
