A Complete Circus
This is one pathetic business.
First they give EXACT dates when delivery will take place then if you call they say 3-5 business days. So no delivery on the dates provided.
If you call consultants they have NO telephone etiquette, and cant really be bothered. If you enquire via the website, no feedback at all. Tomorrow will be day 5 and I have a suspicion i will not receive my package and i will be furious!!
