Mediocre ISP

Good customer service, really bad technical and management of network

I have been having endless connection issue for months and every excuse under the sun. I then moved house and decided to give Digital one last chance. Site survey at new premises complete and good, i paid the relocation fee. At the new premises i was either off completely or received useless connection speeds. If they were upfront with me and said i cannot achieve useful speeds due to tree in the way that would've been the end of it, instead they have siphoned money from me, blocked my calls (Craig) and left me frustrated.
