Always be closing but always be prepared for blindsides, they don't practice progressive action or have a catch me before you fall type attitude. You cannot make mistakes otherwise you gone. KPIs tend to be used against you, even the slightest fault is something to worry about. So very high turnover of staff and low job stability.
