What happened to the service centre we loved?
2 incidents have happened in the past 3 months where Digicape's service department have flat out **** to me.

1.) I enquired about upgrading my Macbook 2010's hard drive. I asked whether they could sell me the hard drive and I would install it myself, as I am a certified apple technician and the laptop in question was in Tulbagh. To which the technician rep**** it was \Apple's"policy not to sell me the hard drive separately and they are unable to do this. I then went to the apple store who happily accommodated me.

The 2nd happened today when my father took his new iMac running El Capitan fully updated in to Digicape (driving all the way from Tulbagh) with the hopes that they could assist him in installing Windows 10 via bootcamp. They proceeded to tell him he needed a new version of El Capitan. The issue was not that he needed a new version of El Capitan but that the Windows disc he was using was 32 bit and not 64 bit.

[URL Removed]

Digicape used to be the most helpful"
