Useless Digicape
<p>Tried phoning them on a Saturday morning. Both retail and service centres should be open. No reply from either.</p> <p>Unacceptable.</p>

22 Aug 2017, 10:27Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please note that we have now installed a centralised national call center with a generator as a backup in the event of a power outage which was the cause of the issue your experienced.
