Proper iStore vs Digicape

I recently brought a MBP 15" retina to digicape as it, according to apple qualified for a replacement battery. A technician took the laptop and said he needs to asses if my laptop qualifies. After about 2h, the technician came back with my machine still dismantled and said somebody worked on the laptop before as he can see the keyboard was tempered with. I asked if someone tempered with the battery as I came for a battery replacement, not a keyboard. The answer was "No, but we always change the whole unite; battery, keyboard and some peripheries". When I asked again if the battery was tempered with, the answer was again no, he can not see that! He put the laptop back together and I got it back out of a black materiel sleeve. At home I wanted to connect the magnetic charger to the laptop, only to find out it does not work properly anymore. The slightest movement and the charger comes loose. I never had a problem with the charging point in the last 3 years! When contacting apple support they tell me the technician wrote the battery was tempered with AND, they can not know who worked on the machine before so, the now not working charging point is my problem! To sum this up The Digicape technician tells me he can not see if someone tempered with the the battery but can see the keyboard is tempered with. In his report he writes battery tempered with. I get a badly put together machine back that is more broken than it was before and that is the fault of who ever might have opened the laptop at least 2years before. It is very sad that APPLE allows its name and in general good service reputation, been questioned by the arrogance of one outlet and employee and his sloppy workmanship! My first apple I bought 1996 and had from powerbook to imac near every apple computer. In all these years have I not been so disappointed in a official Apple outlet, nor did I ever got such bad service quality!

As I deleted the job nr. send by you after that poor service experience, I sadly do not have this available again. However I was at the shop on Friday 8/11/20 You should be able to find my details via your records/ apple id.
However I appreciate you coming back to me, and really hope we can come to some sort of solution acceptable for both.

Hello, unfortunately we would not have an access or record of your AppleID due to privacy laws. A name, surname, Mac serial number or a contact number would help greatly.

I want to revise my initial bad rating to a more positive one. That it is still not a good one is partly because nothing would have happened, had I not complained on this platform. Having said this, one of the employees of digicape contacted me and said they would look into the claimed damage caused and try to remedy if possible. That this has not happened yet is entirely my fault as I am extremely busy and did not have time yet to bring the machine in.
As said, the willingness to look into the matter should count for something, so, thank you Digicape team

Thank you for the positive response, but it would be much appreciated if you would consider revising the original rating.
