Exceptional Help

<p>Last week my MacBook Pro suddenly had sever display problems and eventually would not even boot up. In a flat panic I raced off to Digicape where I was immediately helped and my crisis was treated with sympathy. My five year old laptop was immediately diagnosed with a main board failure and I was told it would 5 - 10 working days to order and install the new one. Being in the middle of trying to get year-end invoicing done, I could not wait that long. They suggested putting my hard drive into another machine, fortunately I had another, even older, machine at home and I took that in and the drive was swopped immediately and I was back in business that same morning! The next day I got the quote for the repair: Zero, it was being treated as a warranty repair! Seven days later I was back there picking up my now perfect machine.</p> <p>Congratulations on exceptional service!</p>
