Downright rip-off

I bought a product that they recommended. Within a few days I realized it was not performing as promised. I informed them right away. They told us they had a few issues with the product. They decided the best thing to do was replace the product with one that was 7k more. Even though we didn't have the money, we made a plan and upgraded. We informed them that part of the packaging had been thrown away. They said they would review after we paid total and get back to us. Afterwards they came back claiming that for a half the box that was missing we need to pay another 7k again. Absolutely ludicrous!!! They should have recommended a product that was working in the first place. I am very disappointed as I have been by laptops from them for almost 20 years.
