Would NOT recommend Summer Mobile

I was contacted in October to upgrade contract. I asked for info to be mailed with all details and pricing. On receiving email I find this upgrade had already been activated without my permission. Email showed ZERO costing. Consultant also stated that his direct line would be on email. The number provided was a call centre. Definitely NOT recommend using them. Their website is also non existent .
