Worst service

This company has to be the worst roadside assistance company I have had to deal with.

Today I had a breakdown I phoned them around 10am I was told they sending someone 2:30pm I receive a call that they can't assist me anymore because I am at a safe place. I am stuck on the side of the road an they tell me I am safe.

This is the second time I get bad service from them
