Worst provider ever.. STAY AWAY FROM ISMART COMMUNICATIONS!!!

I was debited a number of times by this company. The first call that I made the agent that I spoke to said she has requested for a refund. A week later when I call I was told that the request was never done and I was once again promised that this is actioned and given a time frame.

However when I called back the initial time scale for the refund changed .

New time scale was given which lapsed today and the lady who promised me has an out office response. In all now one has been held accountable other than people not being at the office.
