I logged a call on hello Peter and I didn't get any response I had to call them and I spoke to the lady called Leticia and she said my sim card needs to be ricard but it was done on June/July as I have been having the same issue every month and today she said my airtime will be allocated between the 1-6 December so from October no allocation even November the will be no allocation so my question is what am I paying for if now is November and I still have not received my October airtime?#black Friday
