Witholding documentation

Digicall Debt Collectors Year plus of asking for debt docs, and it's all been met with silence or the same old "escalated" runaround. No supporting docs provided. Paid every month, but credit report's wrong, showing no 2025 payments. Told Digicall to fix it – still nothing. Enough's enough. Payments are on hold till I get the docs I'm entitled to.
