Where do they get all your personal info from?
I was called by a telemarketer from smartmobile wanting to sell me airtime. What i could not understand is that she had ALL of my personal information at hand. When i asked her how they accessed this, ahe said it was all available through RICA. I DID NOT AUTHORISE ANYBODY TO HAVE FREE ACCESS TO MY DETAILS!! This is a blatant contravention of my privacy.

Kindly note that iSmart has legally sourced data from a provider named Precision Analytics (Pty) Ltd trading as Telegenix. Also note that iSmart is registered with the Direct Marketing Association of South Africa. Kindly confirmed which numbers are being contacted as I will escalate the matter to the DNC dept in order to be removed from the contract list.
