Very, very, very poor service

iSmart has been putting debit orders through before my salary date and I have been charged R150 bank charges per debit order. On 18 November 2016 I have communicated via email and received response from Meagan Lekey that all is now sorted.

On 26 January 2017 iSmart decided that my request is trivial and put another debit order through... with my salary date being the 27th of each month.

So do I now just reverse the debit order and block all future debit orders??? I have tried to speak to a customercare consultant with no joy as the lady did not seem to understand English or Afrikaans.

So, I was sitting on Sunday, 26 February 2017 minding my own business when I get a notification from my bank informing me that the debit order from iSmart has gone off my account.... This happened after numerous phone calls and emails requesting that my debit order goes of on the 27th of each month.
I am disgusted in your service and do not want to proceed doing business with your company!!
