Very very bad survice

Last week i listed this matter on Hello Peter abt ismart.They promised me that my money will be in by Wednesday,it's Friday today.i called them now,there is so much noise there you can't even hear yourself.The lady Snozo said she does not know at first and when I said i need to speak to you manager she said they are in meetings and your money will be in tomorrow.What kind of a survice is this!She does not know how to work with people..my word!!
