Very useless company

I had a contract with Ismart cellular in 2018, the phone that I had was a Cobolt phone, for the first to months the phone worked fine and thereafter it became problematic,the phone then went back to ismart cellular for repairs on 2 occasions and then it came with the same problem,the third time the phone went back for repairs and it never returned, I then requested for a new and that also never came and now ismart hands me over to shrives ATTORNEY, they send threathing emails and messasges which is not fair, ISMART PLEASE RETURN THE PHONE AND I WILL PAY FOR THE FONG KONG PHONE. YOURll TO GOOD JUST TO HAND PEOPLE OVER.
