Very Inefficient and Unprofessional service

<p>I spoke with a lady Amy Martins about an upgrade and agreed to it. I called back and spoke to another agent and asked her to cancel the request. She claimed it was cancelled and Inhad nothing to worry about.</p> <p>To my surprised I received an sms that my upgrade has been approved. I called and a very unprofessional man called Luciano picked and assisted me ssying that he had sent a request to MTN to cancel the contract. This young man had me.on hold and was singing and humming . This is a show of unprofessionalism and he must be brought to order- it shows he is in a very unprofessional environment</p> <p>Please I need this to be reversed and cancelled.</p>
