Useless Staff Namely John

On black friday 2017 I opened up a new account with summer mobile and upgraded my mtn contract. A month later I hadn't recieved the new sim card or any feedback. A lady took down my number and said she would phone me back within 15min. that never happened. Waited a week, spoke to another guy and explained the situation. He told me the contract was still pending and that he would phone me within 15min to let me know the status. He also didnt call back. Early January 2018 they phone me to offer me the same contract because apparently the 1st on was cancelled. I said yes and was told it would be delivered the 8th on Jan. on the 17th of Jan I hadn't received anything or any feedback, I called ad spoke to a guy named John. John said I must usually wait up to 2 weeks for delivery and that it was on its way. He said i had only been processed the 15th. Then he took down my number and said he would call me back within 15min. I explained I had been told that line before and he said not to worry he will call me back.Today is the 2nd of February and he didn't call back yet. So I called summer mobile and lo and behold I speak to John again. He says no but the contract was cancelled by mtn. So nobody notifies the client? He doesn't call back as promised? Just bunch of lazy idiots in a call centre passing the buck. Pathetic service from Summer mobile. Do not bother with them.
