Unsatisfactory service with no services rendered on the initial date and time

Digicall services are very unreliable due to customer satisfaction not being met from the very beginning.... Call centre makes you wait over half an hour and still no answer.... Contact the help desk to get a call back from a supervisor and they take hours to call back and the work which was supposed to be carried out has not been done at all.... K&R HOME SECURITY is a service provider of digicall whom were suppose to provide their services today 24/04/26 since 9am and have not sent out a technician to resolve the issue which is now 4pm. Sadly business has to be done by the service provider due to the enterprise which I have my insurance with, uses digicall as a service provider to it's customer.
