Unreliable and unprofessional

I I could give zero stars I would. Lightening struck our house and various electrical motors etc was damaged. Digicall assessing solutions was the service provider appointed by nedbank insurance to assist with the claim. Very difficult to arrange a time with them and they are not reliable in terms of pitching up when they should. Needless to say it has been a month and they have not yet fixed everything.
