UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS

We received a call in November last year saying we had been approved on this contract and the handset would be delivered in the next 5 - 7 working days. Perfect. 2 weeks came and went, so we followed up, only to be told that we had failed to submit documents (which they did not initially request) so the contract has been cancelled! We left it there. Well ever since last year, they keep deducting R99 from our account, even though the contract we were "approved" on monthly price was a lot more than R99. I noticed in this week that they had taken 3 R99 payments within a week (the 2 were on the same day)! Not acceptable! How do they get away with this? After disputing the debit orders with the bank, we then receive a phone call from "Ismart Attorneys" something is so fishy here!
