unathorised debit order
Good Day
I have a cellphone contract with ismart and my debit order is 345 but today I got a message that they tried to debit my account for 0003C1699C R199.00 I don't know for what as the debit order already went through for 345 which is the correct one and its affecting my credit record please can I get some assistant and someone to sort this issues out immediately.
