UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE FROM SUMMER MOBILE

Actually, Summer Mobile do not deserve even a one star. I have been messed around as of 6 September for my upgrade. The most shocking company to deal with. So so sad the they are affiliated with MTN as a dealer/supplier for upgrades.

I am still awaiting my upgrade phone. I received excuses upon excuses and stories which are ridiculous for such a company. It does not take a month for vetting and then dont know how many weeks for delivery. Now the couriers will be blamed. Come on!!!!!! Summer Mobile should be taken off MTN panel as a preferred supplier.
