Threatening to get my name blacklisted

I regret choosing Ismart this people with their empty promises now am stucked with a sim card that is not working and they dont stop calling me wanting to know when am I going to pay my arrears or they going to hand over my account to their lawyers. Sabi promised me that we will arrange the payment after my problem has been solved that it was not my fault at all.Now this am tired of this people .They dont care about their customers at all.
