Terrible Service, always

Every time I book a Take me Home service (Momentum) the service is just shocking. Staff inefficient, the Salome lady who phoned me now was mumbling and when I mentioned this, she started speaking so slowly. That is why I rather use uber, or maybe that is the reason for terrible service. A month ago my trip was cancelled last minute. Wish this could be done in a app to avoid the frustration dealing with *********** staff
