Summer mobile still pathetic

Same story, different day! Promises to phone me back. Luciano from summer mobile is forever promising to follow up and update me on my cancelation but doesn't. Management, Ashleen, is clearly not very good either if this is the service. I have spent soooo much airtime phoning this company which is obviously costing me. Never mind AGAIN that I am paying for a phone that I DONT have because you guys sent the wrong phone, I realize now on purpose. And I'm paying more than what was said. You are lucky I'm not asking you to go back on all those recorded calls to prove that. All you do is phone me once because I complain here, make promises and then that's it. Until I complain again. Pathetic!!!! I look forward to another call of empty promises!!!!
