Summer Mobile pathetic service,im blacklisted for something I've never received

Summer mobile is an unprofessional company who has no worry or little care about customer service,and their service is pathetic they don't communicate with customers that have problems, I've sent them 4 emails and have not yet received any reply neither phone call. I was contacted by one of summer mobile consultant on the 28 November 2018 around 20:00 and she offered me 2 Huawei Y7 at a price of R179 and each phone came with R110 airtime as it was MTN promotion,i agreed taking the phones and she advised me that the cellphone package should be delivered in the next 7 to 14 working days,those days past without me receiving any cellphone package,up until end of December i received a debit of R1900 being debited from my account,from then i called MTN several times but they failed to help me up until i learned from the bank when i went to apply for a loan that i have been blacklisted by MTN because of summer mobile. They are rogues and they dont worry abt you. I have learned that they only reply on hello Peter only either than that they make you hang poles, I just wish something could be done to sort this company out coz it seems as if they work with ********** that is why our queries do not get resolved.

As i speak im blacklisted for a phone I Never received and it turned out from Huawei Y7 the phones became 2 iphones and i have made several calls with them no help,im in need for a loan to make a ceremony for my mom bt because of this ******** who fail to catch the culprit behind all this im blacklisted. Looking forward for their reply now that i have reached the hello Peter platform since they decided to ignore my emails
