Summer Mobile lies as to where they call from

The caller pretended she was from MTN Head Office. Wanting to upgrade my phone contract(which I started with MTN Morningside and will complete today). Even trying to get me to complete it with Summer Mobile. I wish one could get the cell companies to stop everyone from calling you upgrade your phone
