Summer Mobile is Unprofessional & their customer care agents have ****** undertone

Stay away from Summer Mobile at all Costs! They called me on the behalf of MTN regarding an upgrade in February 2021 & it is not the end of April 2021 I have not received my device nor am I able to get a device at the MTN shop as Summer Mobile has a pending order that they do not want to close because one of the customer care agents felt they needed to teach me a lesson. Each time I call the call centre & get feedback they tell me it will take 7 - 14 working days to get an update which is totally unacceptable.

I have been a loyal customer to MTN for many years (4+ years) and I have never had a problem in terms of customer service but as soon as Summer mobile has been introduced into the picture I am reminded of Telkom & Cell C. I hope MTN manages their third party companies more efficiently with proper Service level agreements.
