Summer Mobile is actually Hell Mobile!!!

<p>In June 2016, I upgraded my cellphone contract with SUMMER MOBILE who are partners with MTN. When the cellphone (SAMSUNG J5) was delivered to me it was not on the same priceplan as I had asked for. I contacted Summermobile and I spoke to Ncebo Koso (i dont think he gave me a real name) who is their Customer Service person on the tel number (021) ********** . informed them, they sent a courier company to collect the phone so that they can change to the correct price plan. My dealings with this person was a hellish experiance after numerous calls with him i eventully poke to MTN.The price plan has since been changed , but I have not received the phone back. I contacted their customer services by telephone , to my surprise the same person i have been dealing with for over a month denied having any dealings with me, I sent them emails but still nothing happens . I contacted MTN informed them of the issue they promised to come back to me but till to date they have not called. i feel betrayed by MTN because i have been their loyal customer for over 10 years but this is the treatment I get from them. Summer Mobile is their partner, they furnished Summer Mobile with my details. I have exhausted all my options, my only concern now is that these people continue to debit my account for a cellphone that I don’t even have.</p> <p> </p>
