Summer Mobile - I want what was sold to me

My MTN contract was due for upgrade, and the renewal was done by Summer Mobile end of Jan. I was sold a Sumsung J7 Pro Blue device, that included (2Gig Data, 50 sms & 200 mins) with total cost of R329 pm x 24 months. However, I only received (350MB data, 50 sms & 50 mins) ever since with a payment of R353pm. They reimbursed me last week with R2338. I'm not sure what it was for. I requested from Summer Mobile to provide details and since waiting a response.
