summer mobile - **** customer service

Was contacted by the sales agent, that advised me they were calling on behalf off MTN. Once I had supp**** my personal information to the agent(summer Mobile), thereafter I was Never contacted again, Informed if I was approved or not .

Days later I received an sms, informing me of the contract approval, but nothing from summer mobile

I requested a number porting during my call with the agent but NOTHING WAS DONE. I RECEIVED MY DECISE BUT NOT THE SIM CARD FOR IT . I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR THE PAST FOUR(4) MONTHS BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PORTED MTN SIM AND BENEFITS I AM PAYING FOR !!

I have sent many emails to summer Mobile but nothing is been done !

I do not recommend any one to use this service provide . they know nothing about customer service or how to do their job
