Summer mobile and MTN

Summer mobile salt river cape town I was referred by MTN to them without my permission. I upgraded 12 of Aug I receive my package on the 23 only one phone was send and the biometric system after x3 attempts failed the delivery guy refused to give my phone as he is only doing his job which I understand. I am currently on the line with summer mobile after 60min have not picked up the called that is absolutely pathetic service delivery. Poor service from MTN and summer mobile as MTN promoted online upgrades but look at this absolute mess. I am extremely unhappy with MTN and summer mobile
