Stinking customer service

I've been battling with this company for more than 5months just to get the device I signed up for with them. My account is being debited , I receive data and minutes from MTN but when I call to ask where is the device they either tell me my application is still being finalised or I must wait for response of delivery either 24hrs or 48hrs, or 7 working days. Till today after 5months I've been waiting. Today I call they say, its stuck with couriers. When calling the couriers, they do not have anything under my name. :( :( :(. ****ed for years!!!!
