Smart trac ******

Terrible experience had a unit fitted in my vehicle for tracking purposes the unit never worked and my vehicle was subsequently ******. I own a car rental company and used smart trac and as the unit never worked on the vehicle I have asked for a refund and they want to now charge me a cancelation fee. But the unit never worked and my vehicle was ******!!!! Terrible service *****ulent business. Do not use smart trac!!!!! They are ******.
