Smart Mobile ********

I got a phone call from Smart Mobile with regards to applying for a phone they said everything was approved and they took my banking details etc and did a declaration with me and i got a sms saying its unsuccessful. why do you ask for my banking details and the other personal info if i was not approved. this is wrong. How do i know you guys wont do ***** with my banking details. i was told i was approved so i should get my cellphone in 10 working days.
