SMART MOBILE - RIP-OFF!

Smart mobile is charging my husband R8000 for a cellphone with a value of R600 which does not even work! After three days of using the phone, Smart Mobile calls my husband to let him know of the cost of the this contract. My husbands decides this is a ridiculous cost and cancels the contract. He is now charged R1000 for cancellation costs!
