SIM Problems
I received m sim card from Ismart i October 2018, not working, after numerous calls my number was changed and I received a new one in December 2018. Starting June 2019 my service was suspended, after a lot of phone calls they told me that my sim was not RICA and I need to send the papers to do that, now a month later the sim is working but I stll did not received myairtime for June or July but they debited my account for both the months

09 Jul 2019, 10:00Thanks for the R55 airtime I've received, although I was promised R150 rand, I paid for two months and received one month airtime, not sure it is how it work, so wil not make use of Ismart after this.
