Shockingly bad service

This company promotes themselves as a MTN service provider. Surely MTN can see all the negative comments on them. Can they not do something. I am at the point of taking legal action and moving my MTN account to another service provider. Wonder how ICASA would feel about the service from MTN. I was contacted by Summer Mobile to do and upgrade on my MTN account and after 2 months of paying for a phone that I have not received, I cancelled the upgrade. This cancellation has been dragging for a month now and I phone constantly. Every time it is escalated with promises of a 1 to 3 day turnaround with nothing happening. I was also promised that someone would phone me back with an update and have not received any call from anyone. Summer mobile blames MTN and MTN blames Summer Mobile. What is happening to service delivery in this country.

Shocking, shocking service. SORT THIS OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Surely it cannot be that difficult. Stay far far away from Summer Mobile.
